Major Responsibilities:

• Creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts based on client briefs, project requirements, or marketing objectives.
• Responsible on creating illustration, logo, brochure, monthly and promotional banner/media, desktop publishing, website projects and create/animating videos.
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across various design assets and applications.
• Keeping abreast of developments in Marketing/IT, particularly design programs
• Other task that may be assigned by the Department Head
  

Qualifications/Knowledge and skills set:

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, advertising, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
• Solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and software skills.
• With 1 year of experience in Graphic or Advertising, Animation or Video Editing.
• Expertise in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Familiar in HTML, DHTML, CSS and in Web Designs is advantage.
• Knowledgeable in E-commerce websites is a plus.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and communicate ideas effectively through visual means.
• Understanding of current design trends and the ability to adapt and innovate.
• Effective comminication skills to interpret briefs, present design concepts/ideas and understanding of creative commons licences
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A very good team player
• With excellent communication skills in Marketing, Commercialization, Business Research and Team of Designers, Programmers and Quality Assurance Testers.
• Working on a mid/night-shift schedule
• Willing to work on-site in Techzone Building, Makati City
