Major Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with the hiring departments regarding the onboarding process of newly recruited staff.
•Oversee the proper filing and maintenance of the 201 files for all newly hired employees.
•Manage and facilitate the documentation required for newly hired employees in compliance with government regulations.
•Handle the administration of government-mandated benefits and ensure timely remittances.
•Ensure compliance with employee compensation and benefits as per Cambodian law.
•Administer the prompt processing of documents related to visa and work permit applications and renewals for foreign staff.
•Liaise with various government agencies or local authorities as required.
•Ensure that all applications and renewals are submitted within the designated timeframes.
•Support the HR Team in addressing employee concerns, queries, and grievances in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Undertake any other tasks assigned by the HR and Admin Manager as needed.Qualifications:
•The candidate must be Cambodian or Khmer
•The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative work is required.
•Should have a strong understanding of Cambodian Labor Law and Employment Regulations.
•Needs to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact, relate, and negotiate effectively in English and Khmer Language.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc., is essential.
•Should be proactive, goal-oriented, and enjoy working with a young and dynamic team.
•Punctuality, dependability, and a positive attitude towards work are essential qualities.
•Must be a quick learner and open to training.
•Willingness to work in Poipet, Cambodia, is required.
