Drafts, structures and reviews pertinent legal documents of the Company and other entities within the Group.
Develops Group policy and position on legal issues.
Advises the Group on updates in legal compliance laws and rules.
Consults and handles correspondences on matters involving various legal issues.
Provides legal expertise and support to the Group.
Does research on applicable laws to a case under review to determine causes of.
Does research in anticipation of legal risks against the Group.
Provides legal information on a range of immigration, labor and contractual agreements related issues.
Undertakes additional tasks and responsibilities which may arise from time to time, relevant to the post or as may be assigned by the VP for Corporate Affairs.
Requirements:
Must be a holder of Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a reputable school.
Must possess a professional license to practice law and has passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
Must be a computer literate.
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a law firm, legal services or corporate law environment.
Must have solid experience in drafting and vetting commercial agreements and contracts.
Must have a strong background in labor relations.
Must have exceptional written and verbal skills.
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
Must be attentive to details, analytical and persuasive.
