Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for Developing, Executing, and Optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and enhance customer engagement within the designated country.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and event-based marketing.
  • Work with external agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Brand Management – ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications channels in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Budget Management – manage the marketing budget for the country, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration – Lead, Mentor, and Develop the country team.
  • Competitor Analysis : Monitor and analyze competitor website and products.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience : 3 – 5 years of experience in international or country-specific marketing is preferred
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of the local market – customer preferences and products
  • Language : Local language and/or English
