Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct sports analysis for all metrics to accumulate data to be used as reference.
• Deals with statistical calculation
• Generate and analyze data standing and past performances.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly performance analyses of the team and develop templates to summarize reports efficiently
• Gather and consolidate detailed reports to be submitted to the Head of Operations from time to time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head

Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills set:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or its equivalent
• Relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the same capacity.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to details
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge in Data Base Management like SQL and statistical tools like Phyton and R has an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work in night shift, weekends (day-off may fall on weekdays), and holidays.
