Major Responsibilities:
- Relationship owner between the brand and payments partners.
- Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to enhance the customer payment experience.
- Identity and facilitate new payment products onto the platform through the contracting, integrations, testing and deployment cycle.
- Ensure that payments are timeously made.
- Monitor all financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist in resolution of all escalated queries regarding deposits / withdrawals.
- Assist Customer Support Team or Accounts Team or B2C Team queries related to payments.
- Daily reconciliation process across multiple inbound and outbound vendors
Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills set:
- A passion for all things FinTech.
- Knowledge of (Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam) mobile payment space.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Grade 12 / Matric or higher (Essential).
- 1 - 2 years experience in payments.
- Computer literate (Microsoft proficient).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Discipline to work as part of a team, with tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment.
- A knowledge of AML practices.
- Experience in developing reporting, procedures and processes.
- Willing to learn from and be involved with the teams around you.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
