Major Responsibilities:

  • Relationship owner between the brand and payments partners.
  • Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to enhance the customer payment experience.
  • Identity and facilitate new payment products onto the platform through the contracting, integrations, testing and deployment cycle.
  • Ensure that payments are timeously made.
  • Monitor all financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Assist in resolution of all escalated queries regarding deposits / withdrawals.
  • Assist Customer Support Team or Accounts Team or B2C Team queries related to payments.
  • Daily reconciliation process across multiple inbound and outbound vendors

Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills set:

  • A passion for all things FinTech.
  • Knowledge of (Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam) mobile payment space.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Grade 12 / Matric or higher (Essential).
  • 1 - 2 years experience in payments.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft proficient).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Discipline to work as part of a team, with tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment.
  • A knowledge of AML practices.
  • Experience in developing reporting, procedures and processes.
  • Willing to learn from and be involved with the teams around you.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
