Major Responsibilities:
- Researches and conducts strategic planning for all SEO campaigns.
- Staying abreast and up to date of (and updating) changes in search engine signals and market share to the Team.
- Defines, monitors, and analyzes SEO key performance indicators (KPI's) to continually improve campaigns.
- Performs keyword analysis and researches on its latest technique/ threads.
- Development of appropriate tools for optimized SEO measures.
- Creates and manages of harmonious relationships with vendors and external SEO consultants.
- Runs pay-per-click campaigns
- Improves a company's organic search results and recommends for improvements.
- Writes effective headlines, body copy and websites.
- Ensures websites are filled with optimal keywords and place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic.
- Writes effective call-to-action statements.
- Writes original, powerful SEO contents for blogs and websites.
- Implements off-page SEO content strategies such as coding, to name a few.
- Proper uses of headers tags.
- Ensures all white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
- Regularly analyzes our websites for SEO optimization opportunities.
- Collaborates internally with marketing and product teams to build relevant acquisition and revenue generating programs.
- Reports to the Head on a weekly basis providing input on all optimization activities/SEO performance and key metrics.
Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills Set:
- 3 year(s) experience in Search Engine Optimization
- Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates
- Understanding of technical SEO skills, including ability to evaluate and modify HTML, CSS and JavaScript for SEO purposes
- Exceptional in analytical, planning and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
- Operational knowledge of Google AdWords & Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong understanding of the technology that enables Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer’s web and mobile behavior.
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving.
- Competencies in reporting and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a complex and fast changing environment.
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
