Major Responsibilities:

Talent Management & Development

  • Review, realign, and redesign talent strategies based on organization function and strategies
  • Design and deliver high-quality, high-impact talent development and design interventions 
  • Promotes the efficacy and efficiency of the talent management process, including the frequent reviews and updates of the process to guarantee its relevance and alignment with the business environment (e.g., succession planning, performance management, internal talent mobility, etc.)

Talent Analytics

  • Build and present reports/analyses on Talent & Organizational Development
  • Contribute to the evaluation, reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of talent, leadership and organizational development activities.
  • Oversees the performance of talent management initiatives and programs, offers suggestions for enhancements, and facilitates the achievement of suggested outcomes.

Performance Management 

  • Improve performance management in the organization by offering benefits that are critically appealing to staff including career paths with a variety of opportunities, differentiated rewards and recognition outcomes, as well as culture of High Performance and Real-time feedback;
  • Empower people managers to actively coach and support their direct reports in career planning, coaching, and career aspirations/interests

Succession Planning & Management 

  • Gather and review talent-related data to gain insights into succession management programs
  • Maintain an accurate record and reporting of succession plans and potential successors
  • Ensure that standard tools and technologies are leveraged center-wide for succession planning

Career Pathing, Competency Building & Management

  • Design, develop, and implement career development, framework, policy, and programs.
  • Work with the leadership teams to ensure 100% completion and accuracy of needed skill sets/competencies per role
  • Ensure that job descriptions are updated with the latest competency requirements per role

Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills Set:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact, relate and negotiate with people on different levels
  • Must have an experience in presentation skills, talent management and succession planning
  • Proactive, goal-oriented and enjoys working with young and dynamic people.
  • Must be punctual, dependable and demonstrates positive attitude towards work.
  • Must be knowledgeable in designing and implementing effective training and development programs
